Payment
Payment for the visit must be made just before entering the park.
There is no group discount.
You may pay in cash or by card.
Online purchase of more than 10 tickets per order is not permitted.
How can I book a group visit?

Visiting hours for groups
We always recommend that groups visit our facilities between 9:30am and 11:00am.
If you prefer the afternoon, we recommend 2:00pm.
Rules
The rules for visitors are the same for everyone.
Do not touch or disturb the animals.
It is forbidden to bring food to feed the animals.
