Frequently asked questions about the guided tour
Payment
Payment for the visit must be made just before entering the park.
You may pay in cash or by card.
€30 per adult and €15 per child.
Babies do not pay.
Languages
At the moment, we only have guides available in English and Spanish.
How long does the guided tour last?
The guided tour will last approximately 60 to 90 minutes, after which you may take a regular tour of the park if you wish.
Cancellation
You may cancel the guided tour or not show up as there is no reservation, for this reason we ask for commitment and communication.
We can cancel your guided tour at any time up to 48 hours in advance.
How can I book a guided tour?
The only method is by filling out the form at the top or contacting tickets@monkeypark.com directly.
What time does the guided tour start?
You must be at the park entrance at least 30 minutes before general opening, i.e. at 9:00 am.
Rules
The rules for visitors are the same for everyone.
Do not touch or disturb the animals.
It is forbidden to bring food to feed the animals.
What will I do during the guided tour?
You will get to know most of our species much more closely and will be able to interact with monkeys, birds, lemurs and reptiles.
It also includes an experience as a caretaker, where they will prepare food for a species, take it to their habitat, and feed them.
Is there anyone else on the guided tour?
No. The guided tour is exclusively for those who book it and is only available once a day.
Important notice
The main purpose of the guided tour is educational. At all times, each interaction will be accompanied by an educational talk about each species or specimen, both fauna and flora.
Do not book a guided tour if your purpose is not to learn more about biodiversity.
