In our establishment you can pay by cash or credit card.
Accessibility
Our park is fully accessible for wheelchairs, motorised buggies and prams.
Wheelchairs: 1 wheelchair is available free of charge and is provided at check-in and returned at check-out. You must book in advance by email or telephone.
Motorised trolleys: We have 1 free motorised trolley which is delivered at the entrance and returned at the exit, you must book in advance by email or telephone.
Prams: You can bring your trolley, you should always keep your backpacks closed and never give any food to the animals.
Lost and Found
If you lose an item, please contact us as soon as possible, either by speaking directly to our staff, by email or by telephone.
Rest Areas
There are several areas along the park's route.
Smoking Area
Smoking is not allowed in the park, only in the smoking areas.
Never smoke:
Close to the animals.
Within the contact zones.
When you disturb other visitors.
How to get there
Bus
We do not have our own bus to bring our visitors, you can use public transport on line 467.
Address Costa del Silencio (stop 8160 SAN FRANCISCO)
Address Las Américas (Stop 8161 SAN FRANCISCO)
From there you will have to take a taxi.
Car
If you wish to go to Monkey Park in your own vehicle simply add Monkey Park Tenerife to your navigator and it will show you the best route.
Remember that we have exclusive parking for customers free of charge.
Bicycle
You can reach our park by bike and park in our free car park.
We recommend using Google Maps to get the best route.
Uber/Taxi
Uber: you can add Monkey Park Tenerife as a destination and they will show you the price from wherever you are.
Taxi: we indicate the estimated prices from different areas to Monkey Park so that you can get an idea of the approximate cost.

Walking
It is possible to reach our park on foot but there is no safe way to do so, therefore we do not recommend walking to our park and you should do so at your own risk.

Due to our commitment to capacity and the capacity of our facilities we cannot accept groups in our park.
