Users are also subject to any specific conditions, notices or regulations that are brought to their attention in relation to specific content or services, which supplement the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.

The user and/or consumer accepts the terms of this agreement and understands and accepts in full the conditions set forth herein for using this website and contracting the services offered.

c.- USE BY THE USER:

The user agrees to use the Portal and its services in accordance with the law and these General Conditions, as well as morality, good customs and public order. Therefore, the user shall refrain from using the Portal or its services for purposes that are unlawful, contrary to these General Conditions or harmful to the rights and interests of third parties or that in any way may damage or render them unusable. This web portal is accessible through the address monkeypark.com, and its use by the user is free of charge, therefore viewing it does not require any subscription or registration whatsoever. However, the contracting of certain services or products may require the User to register on the website and the prior acceptance of certain specific conditions that develop and complement these General Conditions.

e.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION:

The user or consumer declares that they accept that Spanish law applies to the operation of this service, as this is the place of permanent establishment of the service provider. Therefore, the services provided here are regulated in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and any other relevant regulations. Likewise, any dispute arising from or related to the interpretation of these conditions shall be settled by the judges and courts of the service provider's domicile, i.e. Arona.

f.- DATA PROTECTION POLICY:

In order to contract the various services offered by MONKEY PARK, S.L.U, as well as to receive newsletters from the Park, must register the requested data as a customer, declares that all the information provided at the time of registration is true, complete and accurate and, in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the person registering EXPRESSLY AUTHORISES monkeypark.com to include in an automated file the personal data contained in the fields of the form, as this is necessary for the proper provision of its services. It is indicated that the Data Controller is the entity MONKEY PARK, S.L.U, whose details have been provided at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, for the purposes of exercising the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, erasure and objection provided for in the Law and the Regulation (EU). Likewise, MONKEY PARK S.L.U makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that a typographical or graphic error or misprint of this type occurs at any time, beyond the control of MONKEY PARK S.L.U, it will be corrected immediately, and MONKEY PARK S.L.U declines any responsibility for such errors.

MONKEY PARK S.L.U uses cookies when a user browses the websites and web pages of the Portal. The purpose of using them is to identify the user, track their progress during visits and get to know them better in order to streamline the service offered. If any clause included in these general conditions is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, and the general conditions shall remain in force in all other respects, and such provision, or the part thereof that is affected, shall be deemed not to have been included.

m.- PAYMENT METHOD:

We accept credit or debit cards as payment methods through Redsys. Most cards are accepted, such as Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro. Payment is made through BANCA MARCH's secure payment platform. We do not store card numbers under any circumstances.

n.- SHIPPING:

Tickets are sent via the user area on the platform and/or by email, as it is a virtual product and this is the simplest and most secure method.

o.- RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Refundable tickets by contacting tickets@monkeypark.com within 30 days of purchase.

p.- ACCESS:

Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to enter the park unless accompanied by an adult.
