m.- PAYMENT METHOD:

We accept credit or debit cards as payment methods through Redsys. Most cards are accepted, such as Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro. Payment is made through BANCA MARCH's secure payment platform. We do not store card numbers under any circumstances.

n.- SHIPPING:

Tickets are sent via the user area on the platform and/or by email, as it is a virtual product and this is the simplest and most secure method.

Refundable tickets by contacting tickets@monkeypark.com within 30 days of purchase.

p.- ACCESS:

Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to enter the park unless accompanied by an adult.

II.- PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING.

III.- DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING. RETENTION PERIOD OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

The User's personal data will be stored by “MONKEY PARK S.L.U” for the time legally permitted according to the reason for which the data was provided to us by the User.

The data obtained for promotional activities will be stored for a period of two years, unless expressly revoked in advance by the User.
